Gus is a possible Heeler mix who we rescued from a rural shelter. He is playful and does better with non dominant play pals and the ladies are his favorite.  He is also a sweet puppy boy who loves to come up to you for pats and snuggles.  He does not know that he is of a bigger size, but a bigger size means he has more love to give.  Boy, he sure loves treats and this is just great as he is food motivated and will be easier to train.  He will need an active family who will be willing to train this gentle soul.  Also, to take him on walks to see that there is a better world other than being in our shelter.  He will definitely need more leash training but he appears smart and willing.  Look at his face and smile!! Please give him the forever home he needs.
