AUSTIN ADOPTIONS ONLY
Mannie is an easy-going little gentleman who loves nothing more than having a human nearby and a comfy place to lounge. He has medium energy and prefers 30-60 min of walking per day. When he’s not on a walk, he spends the day relaxing by his human’s feet or playing with a soft toy. He also loves dancing with his humans and riding in cars. Mannie has separation anxiety and is very loud when left alone. For this reason, he would do best in a single family home, with a family who is willing to work with him on crate training and separation anxiety. Mannie has been struggling with allergies and will need ongoing care to identify the cause of his allergies and treat them (currently this includes medicated baths several times per week, antibiotics, eye drops, and a special diet). Mannie came to Forgotten Friends with a broken jaw, which has since been fixed and fully healed. He will need annual dental cleanings and cannot have hard treats or chew toys, but loves soft toys and soft treats. He eats dry kibble without a problem. Mannie gets along well with his foster dog and cat siblings, and is social and sweet to all new humans he meets. Mannie has a lot of love to give and he can’t wait to find his humans!
Mannie’s adoption fee of $450.00 includes a vet exam, current vaccinations, heartworm & fecal tests, monthly heartworm prevention, flea treatment, neuter, and microchip.

Please be aware that we rarely have information on our dogs being good with cats as most of our foster homes don’t have them.
